My name is Katherine Glass and I am an ME / CFS patient and also a biomedical researcher. I am wondering if those of you looking at differences in serum, urine, and CSF are looking into identifying which of these molecules or combos of molecules that are different betwen ME patients and healthy controls can be used as biomarkers to improve diagnosis of the disease. Has anyone tried looking at ROC curves or done any predictive models? Are you considering doing any larger studies to focused on answering this question?
